The former owners of a north Belfast home bakery have been banned from senior business roles for four years each after it collapsed, owing over £90,000.
Husband and wife team Gerard (63) and Maureen Burns (62) from Seven Mile Straight in Muckamore ran the The Old Oven Door bakery on Antrim Road.
The partnership running the bakery went into liquidation in 2014 and in an action brought by the Department for the Economy, the couple accepted that they had overpaid themselves over a two year period.
