Liquidated Northland company owes $1.7 million – New Zealand Herald

Kristin Lammerting was a director of a liquidated company that owes more than $1.7 million to 100 companies.

A Northland business liquidated after it ran into financial difficulties owes nearly 100 companies throughout the country more than $1.7 million.

The largest amount owed by Kerikeri-based LIG Lammerting Business Investment Group NZ, which traded as Palmco, is $366,267 in unpaid Pay as You Earn (PAYE) and GST to the Inland Revenue Department plus more than $383,733 in penalties and interest.

Udo Josef Lammerting, Kristin Lammerting and Alexander Lammerting were the company directors. As at September 25, 2015, the company owed $1,785,601 to all creditors. It stopped trading on March 5, 2014, and was liquidated six days later.
